Just when you think there is nothing more that can shock you in the MPs expenses scandal, the Sunday Telegraph has revealed that Labour MP Frank Cook tried to claim back a £5 donation to a Church collection.I don’t allow swearing on this blog, otherwise I would tell you what I really think of this unprincipled charlatan.
